South Pittsburg is a city in Marion County, located in southeast Tennessee. The county seat of Marion County is Jasper. South Pittsburg covers a total of 8.22 square miles and has a population of 3,051. The population is part of the Chattanooga, TN-GA Metropolitan Statistical Area. The city was incorporated in 1901.
