The Collierville Police Station is a nationally accredited law enforcement agency. The department is composed of 5 divisions: community services, support services, criminal investigations, uniform patrol and administration. The community service division is responsible for the training of officers, public relations, school resources, crossing guards and recruitment. The support services division consists of the communications and jail units. Members of the criminal investigations division are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The officers are responsible for all criminal investigations, narcotics enforcement, crime scene searches and domestic violence crimes. The patrol division is the largest of the department. The division has specialized units such as traffic, K9, SWAT and crisis intervention. The administration division consists of the department’s command staff.
