The Red Bank Police Department is an accredited law enforcement agency located in Tennessee. The department is composed of 4 divisions: criminal investigations, critical incident negotiations, specialized enforcement, and uniformed services. The criminal investigations division is responsible for conducting investigations of major crimes such as rape, murder, aggravated assault, and burglary. The critical incident negotiations division is made up of officers who are highly trained in handling mental health crisis situations. The specialized enforcement division is responsible for conducting undercover investigations, and working with confidential informants. The training consists of emergency vehicle operations, firearms, and child sex abuse.
