South Fulton is a city in Obion County, located in northwest Tennessee. The county seat of Obion is Union City. South Fulton covers a total of 3.38 square miles and has a population of 2,305. The population is part of the Union City, TN-KY Micropolitan Statistical Area. The city was incorporated in 1903. There are currently 14 registered sex offenders residing in the city.
