Commissary deposits can be made to an inmate account through a 3rd party company called Access Corrections. Deposits can be made online or in person using the kiosk in the jail lobby. The kiosk is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Visitation Hours

In person visitation is available to the public after the Sheriff’s Office completes a background check. Visitation forms must be picked up and submitted in person. Once visitation is approved, visiting hours and dress code policies will be distributed.

Inmates are allowed video visits through a 3rd party company called Smart JailMail. An account must be made on their website or through their phone app.

Public records are available through the Gibson County Government. Record requests must be made to the public record request coordinator in person or by mail. All record requests must be submitted in writing. The request coordinator has 7 business days to respond to the request. Anyone requesting public records must present a copy of a Tennessee state-issued ID.
