The Carter County Detention Center uses VendEngine for commissary services. Online and onsite deposits are available. Onsite deposits can be made at the kiosk in the detention center lobby. Online deposits are made on the VendEngine website.
Visitation Hours
The Carter County Detention Center offers online and onsite video visitation. All visitations are available through Securus Technologies. Inmates are allowed 1, 1 hour visit each weekend onsite and may receive unlimited online visits. Visitation can be scheduled on the Securus Technologies website or by calling 423-542-5801.
The Carter County Detention Center updates their inmate roster every 24 hours. All inmates are listed alphabetically by their last name. The inmate’s age, sex, booking date, charges and bond amounts will be listed on the roster.
Records from the Carter County Detention Center can be requested electronically on the Carter County Sheriff’s Office webpage. Record requests can take up to 48 hours to process.
