How to Send Mail

Inmates are allowed to receive mail from their friends and family. The only inmate mail that is accepted are postcards with a maximum dimension of 5.5 inches by 8.5 inches. Inmates are also allowed to receive pictures in an envelope with dimensions of 4.25 inches by 9.5 inches. Any mail in the envelope with the pictures will be discarded.

Inmates can receive commissary money or care packages through a 3rd party company called Smart Deposit. All inmates are issued a PIN when they are booked and that is the number needed to add money to their account. Money can be added online, over the phone or on-site at the jail. The number to call for adding money is 866-394-0490.

Visitation at Bradley County Jail

Inmates are allowed two 30 minute visits each week. Bradley County Jail only allows video visits. Visitors can go to the Visitation Lobby and use an on-site kiosk or they can visit from the comfort of their home using the Securus Tech phone app.

On-site visitation hours are 9 a.m to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Video visitation at home is available 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The Bradley County Jail offers an online booking roster. The roster lists inmates based on when they were booked into the jail. Information provided in the inmate’s booking details include the charges, bond amount and their upcoming court dates.

The Bradley County Sheriff’s Department has a most wanted list. The list includes the fugitive’s mugshot and charges. There is also an option to leave a tip on the whereabouts of the fugitive.
